If your plot already has the benefit of full planning permission we can still help you build your new home. Over the years we have assisted many clients who had bought a plot with full planning permission or had already arranged this through another architect/designer.
We can assess your design and suggest improvements, and help resolve any design issues.
Should you require any amendments to the existing planning approval then we can incorporate these into the Building Regulation drawings at no extra charge. We will also assist you in discharging the conditions of the planning permission, which you are required to do prior to commencing the build.
